I set my mind on a goal, and once my mind is set on something, even time has a hard time keeping up.
Why I Love It:
It gives me time to bond with my inner and outer self, and walk away with something to show for it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every man without passions has within him no principle of action, nor motive to act.
-Claude-Adrien Helvetius.
BB Accomplishments:
In the beginning I gained 20lbs. of muscle mass, but I lost almost all of it when I strayed from the gym for a year. Now I'm back at it to be better and stronger than ever.

Some men might succeed because they're destined to, but I will succeed because I am determined to.

Me, I'm a man of HONOR.
I've decided to turn my body into a "Killing Machine". Rock-hard, like a walking statue. That will be me.
Goal (Long):
I'd like to gain about 60 to 70 pounds of muscle/mass, and see how I feel and look at that point. Basically, I want to get up to 205 or 215 lbs. I know it will take a long time and alot of hard work, but I'm motivated and I'm ready.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 70 lb

Today was the beginning of week-6, and I worked on chest and shoulders. Since I started back at the gym, I've gained 5 pounds (in 5 weeks). That's not bad, but it's definately NOT As much as I want to be gaining. Mainly because i dont have the luxury to eat all the foods I want, and buy protein...
Lots of protien, and mixture of free weights and cables. Work chest seperate from all other body parts. Concentrate on isolating the muscle. Also flex after your sets to maximize blood flow in that region.
