How I Started:
Slowly started out 3 times a week mostly cardio and built up to 6 days a week weight training and cardio 1-2 hours a day.
Why I Love It:
Feeling healthy and keeping fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Even when I don't want to go I found I look at it as a necessary part of my daily life.

I have lost 125 lbs and unwanted weight and increased my muscle mass considerably.
