I want to drop to 75kg, overall weight, remain there for 1 month before I clean bulk...
Goal (Long):
I need to get down to 75kg, and rebuild cleanly to 90kg maximum... I have decided that the huge look doesn't work for me, and a lean 90kg is more manageable with my lifestyle.
My current regime has me adding speed and distance to my previous pb's for distance training etc, it has also helped me increase weight on my maintenance lifts...
Originally I wanted to get to 80kg's but I think 75kg will be closer to the look I want to achieve.
Ok, technology has been one thing I have always been up with, but for some reason, I have never used a blog. Although, I have also resisted the use of Myspace, Facebook and Twitter, mainly due to the fact I am a little guarded about my personal life...
