How I Started:
I really wanted to join the air force but I had a problem... I weighed 203... For a girl my height you have to be 155... Since the day they told me I had to be 155 I have been pushing myself to work harder, eat better and become more active... I have a sedintary job so while I'm home I'm always moving!! 33 lbs later they told me I wasn't losing weight quick enough...Which I did lose in 3 months... When I realized what they were asking of me was just not healthy I decided If I lost the weight before my 24th Birthday then I would still join... But in the mean time... I went and got my personal training Certification... And I liked it so much I am thinking about going to get a degree in Fitness and Nutrition!!!
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because I love the energy it gives me... It starts my day out right... And I LOVE the RESULTS... I mean come on 33lbs!!!! WOO HOO!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pics of myself at 203lbs... John Cena... Fitness Magazines... I have a picture of myself in my head that I want to achieve and just thinking I may someday get there is highly motivating... Plus I read A LOT... But every book I pick up has a truly powerful woman in the lead role and that is more motivating than anything... Empowerment For Women

Other than the weight loss and the Certification.... HMMMM... I'll have to work on that!!!! :)

I am having a hard time sticking to a diet because I have recently moved back home to finish school. Yes, I live with my parents. However they have no idea what healthy food is and it SUCKS! I have told them to wait for me to go grocery shopping but they won't and if I go shopping for food there...
