bacdoc04 Hey, well, there are lots of reasons, basically white bread has all the nutrition sucked out of it, and the glycemic index is sky high........makes your blood sugar spike. As a general rule (just to keep things simple) the more man kind has processed and refined something.....the less value it is to your health imo anyways.....the best example, white bread! patrickd3377 It takes a lot of time to put quality size on. Be consistent and follow a high caloric density diet filled with quality protein and whole grains. Soon your body will hit its peak. I trained hard throughout high school and college but it was not until after college where I was able to keep lean muscle on. Apr 14, 2012 11:25am
