I was tired of being overweight and feeling so unhealthy. I wanted a change and found it through hard work and dedication in the weight room

Goal (Long):
To one day be a Dr. and get my Pro Card!!! Be better than I was yesterday, to succeed in all I do. I hope to be an inspiration to others and help as many as possible reach their goals just as other have done for me.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Currently eating every 2 hours. My diet consists of lean meats (chicken, salmon, some beef), complex carbs (sweet potatoes, black beans, brown rice, whole grains, and tons of oats), as far as fats go I try and get my intake through salmon, almonds, and avocados. Tons of fresh fruits and veggies! Basically cutting out everything I love eating and keeping a strict diet has helped me the most in achieving my goals!

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Lovin the wide grip barbell curl, gives me the best pump
I bet that show's a blast to do! I'm still unsure since I took so much time off the weights and have a long way to go to get back to where I was 2 years ago. Just focusing on that for now, then I do plan on doing a natural show, then analyze what I want to do with my physique at that point. We'll see!
going to the gym for sure in the am to hit legs then eat a little food..Not going to junk or anything...Goin home for Christmas so thanksgiving is laid back
