day 1 quads + back
day 2 chest + hams
day 3 off
day 4 arms superset
day 5 delts / weak muslce groups
day 6 off
day 7 off

HIIT (anaerobic)- cardio
-no 2 days have the same HIIT workout
bike
rowing
running
elliptical
repeat

cardio vascular (aerobic)cardio
running
biking
rowing
elliptical
done for a longer period or a cardio circuit is constructed only if i'm bored of one exercise

- no mountain man here
need to do cardio
not for fat loss
but for heart health.

- inspired by an army vet who taught aeronautical engineering in purdue : he was in his 50's but could last longer running then most college students - thats saying something.

I gotta say, your question trhew me for a loop because I HAVE NEVER FOCUSED ON THE TEARDROP. yet how I developed it IS worth an explanation -- but is probably diffrent than what you thought. It is via an overall training scheme rather than a specific exercise regiment.
