My husband, Dusty, is very into bodybuilding-- I have always worked out so they just went together.
Why I Love It:
Because at the end of day you just feel good. I have to admit there is also an overall feeling of wellbeing, which hels to keep you going.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at the progress I have already made, and know that if I want to change the way I look I have to be willing to do the work.
