I was doing karate, hurt my shoulder, and went to a gym to recover from the injury. From then on, I was hooked
Why I Love It:
Always been fascinated by muscle. I love to push myself, and do things on my own (training that is)
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing that I can keep my body in decent shape - uhmm.... and there is a girl or two who likes it....
BB Accomplishments:
Attended my first show in 2006 at the age of 38, so I did not except much but it did work out OK: I compete in the heavyweight. I got 1 "gold", 3 "silver" and 1 "bronze" :)
The best, I guess, was 2. in a Nordic event, and 2. in the Norwegian Championship (1. after the symmetry rounds, but lost by some points in the posing round to the guy who was 2. in the symmetry rounds - oh well...)

At the start of the summer/autumn diet
BW - 280 lb
Just a pic... 273lbs - 30lbs over my comp.weight, but the BF is not that bad (approx. 12%)
Description: This was my posing routine at our nationals in 2006. It was much to long (I stood to long in the opening pose... and they started the clock when I came in - even though I had informed them that I would stand for like 20 sec before the realt posing started :) ) .... Well - they faded down the music in the end - so from the back-shots and out I just went fast through it.... oh well - you'll have to learn to crawl before you can walk... :)
Veins
Played: 1,923
Description: just trying to take a pic of the veins... :)
Hi! A lot of people have asked me about my diet this summer/autumn (summer and autumn in Norway that is...). I guess this is not the right place to write this, but could not find any other suitable place to write it in my profile.....sorry about that :) My English is not very good, but I'll...
I have tried out most kinds of programs, but the one that I have been doing the last 4-5 years or so is like this:
I split my body in 3 or 4, an occasionally 2. My favourite is the following 4-split (the numbers after the exercises is the approx number of sets):
