Starting out AGAIN after 3 months of previous ridiculous cardio to shed excess fat that's built over the years. 165lbs. at time of taking this yayz!

Somewhat of a flex...Just to give me an idea of what I looked like at the time of this picture. Put on some mass after the first two months, gotta keep at it!

Relaxed front image, two month progression! I have tons of work ahead of me, most notably I want to add more muscle to my pecs, and work on the traps more. I definitely lost definition, but my clean bulk is going well with very little cheating...Gosh I have small forearms. Plenty of weak points.
