When I Started:
May, 2006
How I Started:
I remember hating what I saw in the mirror one day during high school, an overweight nonathletic teenager. Started to work out in my garage after school my junior year with my neighbors and everything went from there. I did lose motivation my first year of college and lost sight of my goals which lead to an additional weight gain. Needless to say I was 187lbs. at my heaviest and now at the time of writing this I'm at a lean 165lbs.
Why I Love It:
It's such a great stress reliever, an escape from reality.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results in the mirror, envisioning what it takes to get to the final product.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 20lbs. over a period of 3 months with strict diet and exercise.

Thanx for you comment. The tattoo is an Ens?, Buddhist symbol that symbolizes enlightenment, strength, elegance, the universe, and the void. Don't ask me what is the void, I don't know yet.

Hahaha, happens to me on negative pull-ups a lot. I think I can get the last rep controlled and then I drop like a rock lol. But at least you did your workout, I skipped a few last week as a result of work burnout. Just gotta keep the train rolling. :)

Yeah bro, dead lift form is tough and sooo important! I've been at it for a good six months, and still have weaknesses that show up all the time. You'll get it!
