What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Don't get discouraged and be consistent. Also don't try to lift more weight than you are able to; proper form is more important than the amount of weight you lift.
Do you socialize while at the gym?

no not at all, I don't use those professional terms ever, I just have a common sense approach of eating right and working out consistently and I really don't have any mass at all, just strong and lean :)
