I have been training for about 8-9 years now I am the type of guy who goes extreme no bullshit just hard work. Their has been numerous times that I have threw up. I am known to have one of the most hardest leg work outs. For squatts I do each set below parallel. I have hit 500 lbs for 48 reps before I hit 585 for 34 or 35 reps before.

The plot of the movie is, Chris is sent to be the bodyguard for Ashley Margo but the two dont seem to have any interests. Then one night she gets abducted and has a ransom on her for $500,000 in 1 week or she is dead what does he do

Wow man you look great no doubt about that for a natural. And genetics are important but hard work comes into play as well I cant explain how much hard work is important I grew up very small and just got into weight lifting for football I didnt want to become a pro bodybuilder or anything related to that but I fell in love with it and was an extremely hard worker

Yeah man thanks, I forgot to tell you I ran into Jay Cutler a couple weeks back when I was interviewing for Musclar Devolpment man to tell you the truth he is a great bodybuilder but he is very cocky and only considers him self well like I told viewers and many of my friends no doubt cutler is a good bodybuilder but for him to be pissed off by not winning the past olympia is stupid he came in not looking like the jay cutler were used to seeing he came in with bad semetry and striation

I see your benching 405 lbs for 190 lbs thats pretty dang good I am impressed. I hold the Georgia Bench press record and squat record. I benched 565 lbs I hit that at 18 years old and is the Georgia bench record and I hit a 680 lbs squat at 18 years old and is the Georgia squat record I wanna break the Georgia deadlift record its 810 lbs set by a pro powerlifter im at 790 so far so maybe this is my year I break it

Yeah man and back on to the nutrition conversation we were on ealier not only do I take in 14,850 calories a day I also take in 1,378 grams of protein a day. For my protein supplementation I like to take Optimum Nutrition gold standard 100 percent whey protein and I like to take cassein protein they are a good source of protein and protein is the most important thing in bodybuilding.
