What up Trey I am at work but, I will giv e u some information. I put down the cheese steaks and soda and picked up a gallon of water a day and ab out 250-300 grams protien Three shakes a day and the rest food carbs gotta stay at atleast 200 to keep energy up and all the veggies I can eat. hey trey, how's things, I haven't logged in in a while, but that's cause I don't have time training like a mad man...working, going to school. I am 11.4% BF on the bio-impedience register, I know it's not super accurate but you can tell in my pictures that I am much leaner, harder, and dense. I have gotten rid of alot of excess fat. I'm not sure how much I want to keep a lean diet low calories, cause I'd like to vamp it up 500 clean calories. Keep in touch bro!
