How I Started:
High School Football Freshman Year. Once I was forced by coaches to workout I actually liked it and got a gym membership to workout on the side also..
Why I Love It:
The sense of pride and accomplishment that comes with training hard and eating healthy. When you wake up and you can't even walk because you had a good leg day the night before. Or when you look at progress pictures from a month before and you see that the hard work and dedication you had is really paying off. You get a sense of optimism when you wake up and just feel good about yourself because you know that you work harder than a lot of people and you didn't need steroids to accomplish it. Thats why I love working out and eating right! What about you?!
How I Stay Motivated:
The dedication to want a better body and way of living. Also when I see other people with great physiques it makes me want to push myself to get what they achieved for them self.

I took this pic around when I first started 2 months ago. As you can see my face is really fat but of course at the time of the pic i couldn't tell that.
Now you can see that from almost only 2 months time that my face has thinned out greatly. It doesn't look flabby like before and I don't have that dreadful double chin anymore!
my bad about that last comment wasnt paying attention to what you wrote, uh i do a 2 week lean out plan/diet whatever u wanna call it consisting of only low sodium chicken and talapia for 14 days straight it cuts u up like mad.
Wow dude you dived in with gusto ! good job! thats a mazing you lost 20lbs and you have an amazing stack there of supps. how has it gone for you ? you should post some new pics. 20 lbs is a huge accomplishment
my progress is awesome so far. started out at 181lbs and 17.1 bf in August . by November I was 14.5% and 167lbs . I am still losing and cutting want to be 8% bf by April ....
