Overall Goal: Stick to the 59 day Max-Fit workout in the Oct 2009 issue of Maximum Fitness, in order to build some mass and lose some fat! Having the debate right now if I should sign up for a competition or not to solidify my goal!

My back is full of pain and crushing me, I thought it was from a good workout...but now Im not so sure
I started back in High School when I was on the wrestling team.

My profile pic is from only about 10 months ago. I was fat first 192lbs and in 3 months I got to my profile pic level 165lbs......then I let life get in the way.....and now I'm fat again....gross, I feel so let down.

Goal (Long):
I have been around gyms pretty much all my life, I feel pretty educated about it but need some help, I always seem to stumble around month three and start to skip workouts and end up quitting, I cant really explain why. I have made great progress in the past but still gave up. I have a lot of desire and drive, I would like to build a nice chest and arms, but I think the most important for me is the ever elusive, six pack. Weighing about 180, with a 29-30 inch waist and a six pack, that's my ultimate goal.
He is inspiring and amazing, I hope that I can keep that momentum, vigor and energy through my lifetime...he is a perfect example of what could be...if you have the dedication.
I feel guilty for skipping the gym today...but I didnt sleep well at all last night and I also like to relax on Sunday. So, in order to do something good for my body, I went and bought some more supplements that I have wanted to get. I think thats fair, and I have time to update here and get...
