I actually have been bodybuilding on and off since I was 16. I started back up again October of 2004 and this time I have stuck with it. Before I had other physical goals like running marathons, playing softball, or golf.
Why I Love It:
Stress reliever! How it gives me more Strength, shape, and Muscular size.
How I Stay Motivated:
My IPOD switching up music all the time. Also, I don't place fitness as a option, it is a daily given so there is no question risen if I should or shouldn't go to the gym because it's already a Yes.
BB Accomplishments:
I competed in my first figure competition last July (2006). I'm still working on bettering myself and continuing on with competitions and photo shoots.

thx 4 tha add your body is incredible. i have a question u can use whey in a shake as a meal replacement. but someone told me that me mixing it in with my oat meal make is two instaed of one, is that true?
