I met someone at the gym that told me that I have great genetics and I should give it a try and see where it takes me. You can call me the Quiet Storm.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me healthy and look good. I have not competed yet in any bodybuilding but I love to compete.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by proving all the steroid taking haters out there wrong that claim you can not have a complete body all natural.

Very depleted after my workout and practicing poses
Less than 2 weeks I will be competing in Las Vegas and the training for Nationals in Atlanta in November. Training to be the best natural bodybuilder ever.
Goal (Long):
1) I want to win the overall competition in All Natural Competition at my first show.
2) To be Mr. Natural Olympia.
3) To compete for Mr. Olympia.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 50 lb

yea. you can do the Arnold Amateur. it is not so much a necessary stepping stone but super exposure. the Arnold Expo is a must see for $10. we'll be there for that, the amateurs but also UFC not the pro comp. saw the pro comp last yr.

my goal is the 2009 npc natural michigan, 2009 npc natural northern usa in cleveland, 2010 npc team universe in n.y. maybe i can make the nationals in atl. i got ppl in atl. i plan to hit the olympia again as a fan of course in 2010 for my 40th birthday! you been to the arnold classic in columbus, oh?
