Yo brother, when were you working there? I actually worked there too when it was Powerhouse, a long long time ago. I cleaned up weights and walked big Joes dog haha .. i guess it was a start to where i am today!

Your transformation is awesome man..
And its actually this Saturday the 7th.
My tattoo is a few things .. my chest is a piano and angel wings and it says Nana up the side, my outer bicep is a cross with my grandfathers dog tags and WW2 helmet draped over them, and the inside of my arm is an old school heart with mom banner.

Ahh great! I get to see ya ;) And yes i am going for my natural pro card, but those shows are not until the 14th and 21st.
The 7th is a non tested show and is just a national qualifier, not a pro qualifier. its tricky in the NPC.
And last show as bikini?? Does that mean your gonna make the jump to figure?!

I actually felt good all the way through Cuts. It has a good energy complex that will keep you going all the way through, but for you at 17, i would stick with whole meals and good training.
