How I Started:
When I was 13 my best friend had an Easter egg for I bicep and I wanted one, so I bought one 15lb dumbbell and curled all day. Eventually that one dumbbell turned into a mini home gym and that arm only training turned into full body workouts.
Oh, it'll get you muscle fullness, strength and put some size on you. However, before you buy a bottle note the following. One, it'll mildly put some size on you. Two, the dosage on the bottle is all wrong. Its extremely underdosed and you probably won't even notice it at that dosage. If you do, you're lucky but you might want to get the 800 mg version. The last time I had some, the only place that sold them was NP.
Just hang in there bro. Nothing happens overnight...at least nothing natural. Just stick with it and stay motivated and you'll be seeing changes before you know it.
LOL, those are my sentiments exactly. You get stronger, you train your butt off, but you just don't see the progress you're looking for. That usually means one or more of a few things:
1) Fix your diet
2) Fix your training
3) Wait, you're being impatient
LMAO, I wish I could figure out which one it is. For me I think its 3 but we'll see in due time.
And on the bright side, getting stronger isn't necessarily a bad thing. With that extra strength, you can trigger more growth.
