When I Started:
Feb, 2009
How I Started:
After seeing Ryan Reynolds get huge for his role in Blade III, I wanted to see if I could do the same. He spent 5 months getting in shape for that movie with virtually unlimited resources and time to do it. I wanted to see how close I could get with finite resources and low budget. I did not get where he got, but I did get somewhere and I am still climbing that mountain!
Why I Love It:
I really think the self confidence is a good thing to have, It must be coupled with a humble attitude and the ability to edify others in their life too. The body is a creation that baffles the mind and is not here by random molecules forming by chance.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading information about working out and the anatomy of the body really helps me out. Helping others is something that I love doing when ever I get the chance to. Lastly, who coulld not love actually noticing your body changing? I used to think growing hair on a Chiapet was an accomplishment!
BB Accomplishments:
No Accalaids or anything, but I would say a major accomplishment would be sticking to such a strict diet for 8 months is something 96% of the population struggles with.

Goals:
Main Goal:
Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
The Imago Dei
Goal (Long):
To be really really rediculously good looking - Zoolander:) On a more serious note, to have a well defined physique that encompasses all muscle groups of the body. I don't care about how much I can lift or how much the guy beside me can, only how well I lift and the results from doing so. I want people to see the dedication in my body structure. I do not want to be bigger than my height and size of my head allows(I have a small head), so I figure 175 from 162 would be a good equilibrium.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 13 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%
