I was engaged into sports at a very young age. I had a strong taste for competition and trying to be the best at whatever it was i was participating in.. i learned that lifting and running was the only way to stay ahead of the game!
Why I Love It:
It gives me a euphoria type feeling along with looking good for the ladies! When you get done with a workout, at least you can say you have accomplished something for the day.. something not only for yourself but for obstacles of life in general.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pro Athletes.. Trying to get bigger and badder than all the other guys out there.. i try to learn from different bodybuilders as i go along.. All of them are inspirations to me.
I know what you mean bro, ive tried everything man, wasted a ton of money doing so, but now ive found the leader in the supplement industry..

as for ********, im on the Muscle Growth System, Ive gained 5 lbs of lean muscle in just over 3 weeks, and my bf% has dropped as well, what else could you ask for..

my current diet is:
11am-6egg whites plus 4slices wheat bread(butter spread)
1pm-almonds n 1 glass milk
3pm-veg roll
6pm-7.30pm-workout
(2.5g creatine pre n post workout plus 1scoop whey protein post workout)
8.30pm-6egg whites plus 4slices wheat bread (butter spread)
