Overall Goal:  Become certified for Personal Trainer at The Academy of Health Care Professions, Transform my body for a whole year, Beat gynecomastia (I've had that for yrs, its time to fix that) and compete bodybuilding show in 2011.

How I Started:
I started working out in High School but I never took it seriously. When I lived in Atlanta I lost 20pounds. Thats when I started taking it seriously. I did alot of studying about bodybuilding and thats when my passion develope for becoming a Personal Trainer and Bodybuilder.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I love seeing my body make changes, I love the way if makes me feel when I work out, I enjoy seeing myself get stronger every week, I enjoy the fact that eating healthy is the key to a nice body, and I love the attention that comes with transforming your body. Everybody looks ur direction, and people want to know ur secret.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror everyday I cant wait to change my whole image. Taking pictures and seeing that I still need alot of work is extra motivation. People on bodyspace give me motivation. I see so many people who have been threw a tough journey on transforming there body in it can be done.
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet. But I'm working hard to earn my pro card in 2011. I'll be competing in Natural BodyBuilding Shows. I really want to dominate Muscle Mania I love that orgnazation, everybody gets credit there for working hard at being a natural bodybuilder. I cant wait to prove I belong in Muscle Mania. Also I'm working hard to earn a Sponsorship Deal with a Nutritional Company.

Workout Program:
I going threw several Workout Programs for my bulking up phase. I'm going threw a Power Lifting Prgram, Prymaid Program, and Hardcore Program (as I call it) I'm bulking up for 6or7mths depending on how my body is making gains. I will describe more about the Programs whenever I shape them up.
