How I Started:
I was tired of being fat so in January 2007 i decided to start gyming. From the first day i picked up a dumbbell i couldn't stop. I grew a HUGE liking towards bodybuilding and i will carry on working on my body untill i am satisfied.
Why I Love It:
Mainly to see the changes on my body. You live a much healthier life.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking back on old photos and seeing how far i have come. Watching my favorite bodybuilders like Arnold or Ronnie pumping there muscles and thinking to myself "I want to get to that stage". Music aswell keeps me motivated and keeps me going whenever i'm gyming.

Finally Benched 100kg
Leg pressed 300kg

Goal (Long):
I was really tired of being overweight and fat and being teased at!
I though "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!" so i went on a water and fruit diet and i have lost quite a substantial amount of my body fat. I have been gyming and lifting dumbells at home for some time now and i have seen some imporvement in my biceps. I was never really fascinated with being BIG but ever since January the 1st 2007 i suddenly grew a liking to boydbuilding and transfoming my body into a work of art. MY MAIN GOAL is to get ripped by the end of this year. The tone is there...i just need to work extra hard on it.......give 110% of myself and NEVER GIVE UP OR THROW IN THE TOWL!
I recently got Whey protein (21st July 2007) and i'm going to start using by Monday (23 July 2007). I want to take my shirt off and feel proud and attract some attention and i know I WILL MAKE IT!
In 2008 i have set up new goals for me.
Every month i will achieve something new :)

thanks. your quads coming along very nicely there hey. yeah i tru=ying to hit them quir-te a bit more often but hard because of rugby training. kings park gym in durban. you?
dnt lyk to sound ammature but i dnt exactly hav a set routine. 36 situps a night is th only definite thing i do, but at th gym sit upps on inclined benches, lay on ur bak an raise ur legs a few inches, using bars suspend ur body weight on ur arms and slowly raise ur legs to 90 degrees then lower them. theyr th favourites but im sure on ths syt therl b much more.
