The iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The iron will always kick you the real deal. The iron is always the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver, always there like a beacon in the pictch black. I have found the iron to be my greatest friend, it never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go, but 500 pounds is always 500 pounds.

Good bro... you? I won the show I was doing. I took the light-heavy and overall. I got a few pics in my gallery if you want to see. How's the bulk going?
That's great... your definitely planning ahead. What are you gonna bulk to? I'm actually getting ready for a show in May... so I'm like 5 weeks out. I'm like 205 and about 6% so now its detail time. Good luck with the lifts.
Yeah, training has been going well, but today sucked. I guess I would say my training varies a lot. I do a lot of superset/circuit training while still trying to keep the weight heavy. Always trying to keep the workouts intense. I also trying and add explosive ply metrics for cardio and power. Got any pics of the wheels bro? Later
You gonna compete Travis? Looks like you had a real solid bulk... 6 months and 30 lbs. is huge. Keep it up brother. Doesn't look like you need any help, but if I can, let me know.
U R certainly getting there with the thick traps, neck and pecs, great looking arms and abs. '08 could be a great year for you in this sport. Best of luck with the goals. Stay healthy and motivated and reach those goals. Andre
