Lower. Pull. Push
A. Squats. Chinup. Shoulder Press
B. Front Squats Bent-over row. Push press
C. Deadlifts. Pullup. Bench press
D. Split Squat. Seated row. Incline Bench press
Note: 4 or 5 circuits. Pick A, B,C,or D.
I also do calves and abs after doing 4 or 5 circuits.
