Ok, super thanks, my perception of the NPC was the same, I am into health as opposed to huge-by-any-means. Will see how the show this weekend is handled. Looks like spring has finnally hit, enjoy it. JJM

Trap, do you do only NPC shows or dont you have a preference, have you found a difference in the various organizations. Is there one you perfer over the others. It has been years since I competed, may want to give it an other shot, especialy now that I can get into the supper old catagory and avoid guys like you. LOL Please advise. John
