My Motivation Program
My journey started when I was around 15 years old, I used to skateboard everyday of my life along with playing competitive soccer and baseball. Right before thanksgiving that year I broke my ankle skateboarding and was not able to play anymore competitive sports throughout high school. After being bed ridden for two months I needed to find a new hobby since sports and skateboarding would be out of my reach for quite a while.
Age 16 came and I signed up to the local gym to see what it was about. I was completely lost now that I look back on it. I would go to the gym, however I had no direction other than the fact that I needed to do something with myself besides sit around and play video games. A year and half passed and I was still where I started but luckily all that would change. As a birthday present my parents hired me a personal trainer who later turned into a close friend that would change my life forever. I began training not only a couple times a week with him, but everyday with him and his bodybuilding friends. Surrounded by bodybuilders and being the smallest and weakest guy there, gave me something to look up to. When I wasn't in the gym I was spending countless hours researching different exercises, supplements, and nutrition programs. Anything I could get my hands on that would help me work to achieve greatness I was searching for it.
College was on its way and I was 18 by this time. I could no longer lift with my trainer and his friends and needed to ride solo with all the knowledge I had learned. The absence of my trainer and his friends forced me to find someone to train with, someone who would motivate me and someone I could motivate as well. And I found that person, my best friend since I was 5 finally started to workout with me and still trains with me every single day.
