On 7/27/09 I will be starting Stevep78 Psychotic Fat Destruction Plan!! Lifting/Cardio 4 days a wk, volleyball

I am doing interval training twice a day 5x a week, biking, strength training, swimming and playing beach volleyball every chance I get

I am training bike, run, walk, swim., weights and Zumba. Just learned about "brick training" and have incorporated that into my routine

I am now doing Tony Horton's Power Half Hour, added cardio, weight lifting using dumbells and free weights

I just started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred plus 3 days a week treadmill/abs/glutes work added to the workout.
