How I Started:
Went Jamaica Summer 2007 and didn't feel comfortable in myself to take of my top. I felt then i had to transform my body but didn't do anything about it until this year. I also wanted to stop smoking, gym takes my mind of it.
Why I Love It:
Feeling fitter and getting bigger and stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to become a new person. Also when i see the sun coming out, it reminds me why i got started also.

Thanks for the flattery bro, but im not a big guy at all. Have you checked out other bb sites? Im a wiennie compared to even some teens much less the older folk, but thanks anyway. Im doing ok. I got my bf% down, but not where I want it to be. I want 6-8%. Im doing the low carb thing too, but I need to increase cardio. I got a hectic schedule and getting cardio in is hard. My workouts arr great, plus in training a teen. I teach and train, cause I got to get mine too. So I am determined.

Nice work brah. YOu just need to concentate on getting the bf down to get those abs in shape and remove much of the fat you have stored. You need to get a good healthy diet and work with it. Overall you look good. Keep up the good work.
