My arms look terrible when un-tensed. Oh well atleast i cant fit my hand around my upper arm anymore. Anyone got any tips for getting bigger forearms? Mine are dire, i already do concentrated dumbell curls. Thanks for any help

Dont know how much i weigh here. Stopped weighing myself months ago. I judge progress through strength gains now, much more motivational.

Lost a lot of muscle through cutting too fast. Avoiding the scales was a massive mistake too. Just started bulking again and at just over 11 stone. should be back to 12 within the next 2 months
