First time on here for months!! Been busy with work and my business....4 hours of sleep per day doesn't leave a lot of time for workouts. I have done some backsliding but I know what it takes now to get where I want to be. No problem!!

I hear ya. Ive been training to get back into the ring and training to fight is nothing like BB'ing. Im currently in yoga for 2 months to try and regain flexabilty from a previous injury. If it works, I'll be fighting by Xmas, if not Im going to try my hand at BB'ing which will be a whole new experience.
