In my early teens, I was unhappy with my physical appearance and lack of strength. After meeting a teenage bodybuilding champion, I began to train as his shadow and the lifestyle slowly became part of me.

The bodybuilding lifestyle turns mundane daily activities into small steps toward an improved physique.

Cool, yeah an advanced anatomy or physiology course is probably the best thing for bb science. The nutrition classes here are FAR outdated.

1) Go into Walmart and look around. These physiques are NOT "a dime a dozen." 2) I rarely see a vegetarian having any musculature at all so I dont know where you got that idea. 3) My olympia pick was based on Aesthetics, not just size or conditioning. I just happen to favor that quality in a bodybuilder, but to say that I'm not serious about bodybuilding??? I've lived and breathed this sport since I was 13.
