How I Started:
I had lost a lot of weight, then I saw a picture of myself in a swimsuit and I was "skinny fat".
Why I Love It:
It is something I can do for myself and I feel more in control of my life when I make working out a priority
How I Stay Motivated:
All it takes is a few days off and I get really grumpy, so then I know its time to get back on track
BB Accomplishments:
I rescently was in a car accident and couldn't workout. I was fat and depressed. Once I could workout again I dropped 10lbs and lost 5% body fat in 4 weeks

um.... no not really... u can get a dui on a bike did u know that?lol u could bring a stroller in them but i dont think there all next door to each other.
thats what all my friends that are girls say... lol hows the family doing? daughter still sleepin better? we have to take our little girl to the doc tom shes got some urinary problems... pray for no surgery.
ya 6-3 255 is good sized... my roommate is biggin$ the one that inspires me and hes just a monster so i dont feel very big... i want about 20 25 more pounds... we will see.
