How I Started:
My Mom and Dad have influenced my life in a great way! My Mom owned Muscle Corp. and now owns Gold's Gym and my Dad was a football player and competitive lifter. I started lifting when I was 12 and do not ever intend on quitting. I am currently a certified trainer and would like to expand to online training. I recently competed in a deadlifting competition and set a record pulling 250lbs (my first one). I hope to compete in figure in the future.
