Background
I was never much one for team sports, but I discovered that I enjoyed and excelled at weight lifting. One of the things that I enjoy the most about lifting is that you are really only competing against yourself. Early on I learned that I loved to challenge myself and to see what my body was capable of, and how far I could push it. When I started going to college I disovered that I loved learning about nutrition and exercise science. I've made learning about how to live a healthy fit lifestyle a passion of mine over the last 10 years. I got started just working out like pretty much everyone else, and my love of exercise turned into an opportunity to become a certified personal trainer. I've been a Personal trainer for about 9 years now. My personal training goal is to go beyond what just your everyday trainer does. I'm seeking to become a true expert in the field of fitness and nutrition. I have a lot to learn still, but always learning is how we become great.
I am excited to be part of the Bodybuilding.com TEAM! Bodybuilding is a fantastic world to be a part of! Bodybuilding is more than just those impressive athletes that compete in contests. Body building is for everyone! We should all be seeking to build the best bodies that we can. Having a fit/healthy/attractive body will provide rewards and benefits in all aspects of our lives. FIRST ROUTINE
Grab a Bosu-Ball if you have on at the gym if not grab a low bench or an aerobic step

This is how she described the workout on her bodyblog!
Here is the workout I completed today:
Grab a squat bar or a bench press bar and do the following
20 RDLs (Romanian Deadlifts)
12 Bent over Rows
12 Push Presses
20 Squats
Rest 30 Seconds and repeat routine 3 to 4 times.
Second Routine
Grab some dumbbells and do the following routine 12 times with no break
Do a push up with the dumb
