How I Started:
I started training after a serious car accident. I decided to start after 1 year of my accident…thing is my left calf muscle was almost destroyed and I lost 88 pounds.I had a knee operation in 2004. The doctors said that I will never walk normally again (leg pics still coming) but I am walking fine. I also have high blood pressure and am on medication for it. I started training to be well build, and didn’t really bother about diets and living healthy until I was diagnosed with the slow killing decease (high blood pressure). I added my profile, seeking inspiration and diet tips for the future battles.
Why I Love It:
I just love the feeling after a brutal weight lifting session and I always wanted to be well build.
How I Stay Motivated:
I actually don’t know really. I just kinda push on and on trough bad and good days.
