Recovery

I'm slowly getting back into training....



switched it up big time since I'm pretty sure the cause of my injury was by continuing to lift heavy while on a calorie deficit (not enough nutrients to recovery as quickly as before)...



So now I'm doing a mild version of GVT.... 2/3 of my exercises will be gvt and the third will be a slow motion, light weight exercise while I strengthen my shoulder.



I started a new diet and I'll report back in a month or 2. 

Rotator Injury

Hurt my shoulder a few weeks back from a heavy bicep/tricep day.... Not GVT related however.


 


Will be doing light weights/rotator exercises/cardio for the next 3 months... Hoping to keep the slow cut going, but we'll see.


 


A little disappointed right now, but only time will tell.

GVT ---> Lifting Heavy

HOLY SH!!!!!TTTTT!!!! 



When I had first started GVT my lifting capabilites, in terms of weight, was rather limited/plateau'd.... but after the past 6-7 weeks of GVT training, I went back to a heavy lifting routine and well, I can now do more than I've ever been able to do, mainly for back :D Pulldowns, and seated row increased! New PRs for both!! Very excited and my weight has increased by about 2 lbs this week alone :)



Will keep posting updates :D
