How I Started:
Doing pushups, dips and other bw ex.
Got some DB's after a while and got a bench around christmas of 2006.
Now(03/09) getting back into it after a 7 month hiatus in working out and eating properly. Was weighing +-74kg, now at about 65kg -lost some fat and some muscle/strenght but I'm still pretty strong compared to before I started. My goal has changed somewhat from wanting to be huge to just being strong and in good shape. I know I can get bigger but my goal is 70kg with low bf%.
Why I Love It:
Its fun, feels great and makes me bigger and stronger!
How I Stay Motivated:
