What leg workout has worked best for you?

What forearm workout has worked best for you?
Two.
1) Deadlifts: gotta grab that bar tight to stop it from rolling out.
2) Spinal Decompressions: not really a workout, but gripping the bar to keep yourself from falling for long amounts of time is...more

Optimum 100% Whey Gold Standard. Just started (end of March 2009) and I can literally feel the difference it makes.

yep. same here. trying to reach 155-160 pounds by end of school year. and working out 4 times a week and swimming 2 days a week, sticking to diet, and stuff. still maintaining good grades. hoping to get great results.
