To enter my local NPA natural bodybuilding comp in 2008.
Goal (Long):
I've decided that I wanna stay natural, I've put on good gains without the help from other 'products'. I want to continue to put on as much mass as possible, while keeping fat levels low - sub 15%. About feb next year, I'll try my my first time at getting to 5% bf ready for the local comp. I'll be entering to win and for nothing else..
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

You said you manage to gain muscle with no fat. I'm very interested in this too, and Serge Nubret said in his thread that he too thinks we should focus on gaining muscle only. So I've got some questions for you: How much do you gain per month?
How much cardio do you do, and do you do any fasted morning cardio to burn the fat if you add some nevertheless.
How much is your daily caloric surplus?
