tu te dois de trouver l'énergie haha pas l'choix mec. Mais j'suis rendu à un stade où bouffe, protéines, créatine et suppléments du genre ne m'font plus assez d'effets pour prendre de la masse...donc je pensais bien me tourner vers les AAS j'suis bien déterminé et j'ai lu énormément la dessus donc pas d'troubles j'vais etre ok!!!

Thanks man. I find it very encouraging when people post comments on my pics. So nice to know I'm still making some progress. I've been training for strength the past 3 weeks and my strength levels have augmenting by quite a bit. Up to 225x4 on bench, 245x5 on BB rows, 203x3 on Smith Shoulder Press and 375x3 on shrugs to name a few. How are things with you? -T
