How I Started:
I was incredibly out of shape through 8th grade (i was 112 pounds as a 12 year old and i can assure you, that none of that was muscle). As a freshman i joined track and now i love running. November 2006 i went into the weight room for my legs and i was afraid to do the bench press because i was weak as hell and had never lifted. I tried the bench and couldn't even do 3X8 with 80 lbs. I knew it was time to get big.
Why I Love It:
i love the feeling of getting stronger, better, faster, bigger, and in great shape...and i'm no longer the ugly fat kid cause along with a better body, apparently my face changed...i guess the thinning out and the testosterone surge made it better? (w/e it's all good)...so basically what i'm saying is...i look better, feel better, and get girls better
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing what i want to be (that powerlifter after he went on that ridiculous cut) and then seeing what i am
BB Accomplishments:
my first bulk is AWESOME!

i begin my summer bulk...anyone who cares to read...i will be bulking with 400 cals over on workout days and eating 200 below maintenance on off days to have a net gain of 1600 over maintenance per week therefore only gaining about two pounds of fat per month..ingenius? not really...

Goal (Long):
..i want to be 210 lbs. 18 inch arms. 425 bench. 600 DL. 500 Squat. 48 inch slab-like chest. 57 inch cannonball shoulders, Lats like wings. Abs like razors. Be cut like diamonds...pretty much Dave Gulledge after he cut would be a nice goal
I went to the chiropractor yesterday and I was pretty sure my back was screwed up. So I was right and my back was way out. I could tell cause I had been walking slightly bent over from my ridiculously heavy backpack and some ridiculously heavy rows. But I go to the chiropractor get fixed...
thanks mate. it helps me out a fair amount. i came across this web-page that i think is far to advance for me at the moment, that gives several great exercises. http://fitness.scoobysworkshop .com/ check it out. you just need to click on the top of the screen saying exercises. i'll let you know how i go. once my body adjusts to this, could i get your assistance for creating a little more advance workout regime in about 3 weeks time? cheers mate.
