starting crossfit workouts...I need a new challange
I used to be a college hurdler, so working out was an everyday thing. Now I want to continue working out because I love the challenge of the transformation of the body..Also I love doing it without the use of any supplements, which i feel can sometime be cheating.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being in shape. The satisfaction and exhaustion that comes after a workout. I like the look of my body...sometimes...
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying with a routine is the best way for me to stay motivated

I am satisfied with my body size, I just want to maintain it while leaning myself out more to show as much definition as possible. I also DO NOT want to end up like those weight room guys who look like all they do is work on their upper body.

If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Log...because I can push myself each week if I know how much weight I did last time

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
I like CLEAN gyms....I hate working out in places where the ceiling is too low for me to do Snatch, or the machines are all wrapped in duct tape.

Pro- are all the equipment necessary is there.

Monday(full body lifts and legs)
Power clean Snatch (4x6)
RDL (4x6)
Back Squat (10-8-6-4)

You seem like a really motivated person. Sometimes I have a hard time sticking to a routine but I am trying. Hope I start seeing more results from my self. Keep up the good work. You look great.
