After 16 straight hours of sleep, I went to the gym again this afternoon. This time the workout was a SUCCESS!

gotta eat, Im eating lean meats and veggies - trying not to cheat, but I have to once a week - oh well I usually burn it off- My metobalism went up so much I noticed a big difference when i started to add muscle.it so much easier to loose weight when you have some muscle.

me too, but I had to stop takin them because i would burn muscle, and they were messing up my eating, i was never hungry...so i just take them once in a while when I need it..keep up the great work!!
