I got started with Weight Training when I moved to GA from NC in the 10th Grade. I had always thought of getting bigger and stronger, but only occured to me to take action before my 10th grade year. I am now a senior in High School and I played football last year but stopped due to a Defensive Lineman clubbed me in the right quad with his helmet (tackle). I currently run track as I did in 8th, 9th, and 11th grade. I am determined to make this the BEST track season yet. Last season was a set back due to my hypothyroidism.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because it lets me release all the tension of school and home life in the weight room. It also lets me concentrate on a physical task, rather than a trig problem. Getting bigger, faster, and stronger have always been goals of mine. I wish I would have started in the 8th grade.
How I Stay Motivated:
Track keeps me motivated, and the great feeling I get after a good workout. I am a senior in Highs School, so I NEED to make the best out of everything.
BB Accomplishments:
Last year my squat max started out at around 320, and SOARED to an astonishing 415!!! Currently I have started out where I left off at the end of last year's maxes. I haven't done squats in a year, and my max is back down to 340, but I KNOW I can achieve 430 by the end of December!!!! Hard work as never failed me.
I want to gain as much muscle as I can and lose as much fat as I can before 12/31/07.
Goal (Long):
I am taking TrueMass in combination with Animal PAK multivitamin, Dymatize ZMA, Axis HT, CreaLean 2, and Lecithin Granules. I take everything to a precise schedule, and to I need to reduce my fat intake to as little as possible. I successfully push past a plateau with my Bench Press and my Power Clean max. I want to be as shredded as possible before spring break so I can get as many women as possible. I look great in a tan and surprisingly I have around 15% BF, and over the summer I took LIPO 6 and had amazing results in my abdominal area!! I knew I had abs there but never realized how big they are!! That has inspired me to get as much fat off of me as possible!! I would like to have a 230 Bench, 240 Power Clean, 430 Squat, and 7%BF on 12/31/07 or around spring break.
