After my second son was born I was tired of being out of shape my dream...to look like the fitness women I had always admired in the magazines
Why I Love It:
I have never looked or felt better in my life... even at my ripe old age :)
Workingout empowers me to be the best I can be!
How I Stay Motivated:
Easy, my son's demand a trophy from each and every show. Plus having to get up on stage in a little suit is all the motivation I need!

Goal (Long):
The gym rocks! I have never felt or looked better in my life! I owe it to a healthy life style and training! The gym is the true fountain of youth if you're into working out you know what I mean! If you don't believe me, try to guess my age?, now add 2 boys under the age of 7 ;).
Growing up I was so shy... Took me way too long to figure out life was lived off the side lines not on um! I missed enough being the wall flower now it's my time to shine! 20's and 30's can kiss my ass... (oops, did I give it away :).
Still on the quiet side a simple smile will warm me. I enjoy a good book, great food, movies, time with friends. I hate games, players, slackers, being taken for the fool. I teach by day and train by night. The gym is my home away from home. I am hard working, dedicated and strive to win. I am really open to new things, ideas, meeting new people especially those who are into Fitness.
