sheept100 hey. you're the man. I'm impressed. pls tell me how u do it... I started almost a year ago. first half year I just wanted to cut. later I began to focus on muscle gain. but it didn't go well. now... no significant muscle gain. and possibly due to my new office job, setting setting and setting, I get a belly. I didn't have one half year ago, after I succeeded in cutting. frustrated! Oct 5, 2011 3:58am
