How I Started:
Started out late 2005 doing mostly cardio, running etc. Decided I still hated running so I started lifting again after almost 10 years. Had a bad case of routine ADD for a while. Invested too much time in workouts that didnt produce results. I think I've finally got it together and I've been making steady gains.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself harder and harder each week.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at fat pictures from 2004.
Realizing all my old buddys are pushing 30 and look like hell already.
