How I Started:
I always went to the gym to do some sport, but I can say that I wasted all my time without a diet plan and a personalized workout program. Then my actual personal trainer came out and things changed soon.
Why I Love It:
I love to set a target and reach it. Also love to see the weight of muscles increase after my workouts.
How I Stay Motivated:
Fill that shirt too large last summer is a good motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
In gym on past years I was able to turn my boy thin body into a man mass body. Now it's time to do it seriously!

As most of forum users, I aim to increase mass loosing fat. I'm not fat right now but I must take care about this because I'm dieting with iperprotein meals to become bigger. Arms, forearms, legs, sixpack, pecs and back: I want increase and define all this bodyparts. Times when no one looks at me as a bodybuilder are finished. Stay tuned and I'll show you how big I can became!
