hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like?
Greetings Toughboy. Sorry about the long awaited apply. I try to train myself at least 4 days a week about 2 hours a day. Most people think I'm over training, but I disagree as I have never pulled a muscle or anything bad like that. I also take 3 days off for my muscle to recuperate.
Greetings Toughboy. Just wanted to say that you have a excellent small lean muscular physique. What are your goals as far as bodybuilding? Are you trying to bulk and get huge, or just stay the way you are?
